Health insurance
EPS is committed to providing a quality healthcare program which encourages individuals to live an active, healthy lifestyle. We contribute a majority of the cost towards the Basic health plan. We offer a choice of two plans which will allow the employee to choose the plan that best meets his or her needs.
In addition we offer employees the opportunity to purchase reasonably priced Dental and Vision plans.
Income Replacement
EPS wants to help alleviate our employee’s financial concerns and assist in providing income replacement options. EPS provides several benefits at no cost to the employee such as Life Insurance and Long Term Disability. In addition, we offer a 401K plan to help our employees plan for retirement.
Paid Time Off
EPS encourages a healthy work/life balance. To do so we provide a Paid Time Off Policy that grows with the amount of years an employee works for EPS. In addition, EPS offers 10 paid holidays per year.
