Army Infrastructure Modernization (IMOD)

EPS is the only Small Business awarded Prime Contractor status for IMOD. Under IMOD, EPS will support the Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP) which encompasses multiple Army Continental U.S. (CONUS) and outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS) Engineer, Furnish, Install and Test (EFI&T) efforts. Army Encore II Information Technology (IT) Solutions

(Five (5) year base period and five (5) one-year option periods)
Encore is utilized by Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) to support the military services and agencies in the transition from legacy systems to Net-Centric Enterprise Services (NCES). Under the Small Business Set-Aside Category, EPS will provide services and solutions to include high-level enterprise IT policy, integration management, communications engineering, and asset management.

CR2 is an ID/IQ contract that supports the US Army, Department of Defense (DoD) and other US Federal agencies. Under CR2, EPS provides various services and support, on a subcontract basis, which include hardware/software development and installation, logistics support, training, incidental construction and technical data management. PM Battle Command (BC) provides development support across the maneuver, fire support, sustainment, strategic and operational Command and Control (C2) domains as well as the BC common service-oriented software infrastructure and applications. Work that can be issued under these Task Orders includes software development of BC products, development to support functional and System of Systems requirements, maintenance of legacy product baselines in the transition period to a full service-oriented network centric architecture, integration activities at the system level, system and operational level testing and product level logistics support. EPS is a subcontractor to Booz Allen Hamilton to support the ETOSS program for the Army’s Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC) Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD). EPS will team with BAH team to deliver engineering support, developing and integrating Technical Solutions and Support enabling information and networking dominance for the warfighter. Army Field and Installation Readiness Support Team (FIRST)

The FIRST contract is the follow-on multiple award ID/IQ program to Army’s LOGJAMSS. The FIRST Program is designed to satisfy the evolving logistics support requirements of HQ FORSCOM, HQ IMA, HQ USARC, SRCC-East AMC-HQ, ARCENT Third Army and HQ First Army. (1-year base and four 1-year options) FCOEFS is an ID/IQ contract multiple award task order contract is to acquire services to the USAFCOEFS in support of its mission to develop and produce training strategies, doctrine, concepts, instruction and products for the current and future force. Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-2 Services (ITES-2S)

EPS is a subcontractor to three of the eleven government contractors on the Army’s $20 billion ITES-2S ID/IQ contract in support of the Army’s enterprise business systems. The Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 2 Services (ITES-2S) program is a performance-based, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract that will help the U.S. Army and other government agencies acquire innovative, standardized, turnkey solutions and services. It is the Information Technology Solutions procurement vehicle of choice for the U.S. Army and provides IT services and solutions to all military services, DoD agencies, and other Federal agencies. Through the ITES-2S contract the Army will efficiently procure high-quality, cost-effective Information Technology (IT) solutions and services. EPS is a subcontractor on four S3 teams. The S3 is a five-year, $20 billion ID/IQ contracting vehicle that will provide all inclusive support to Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems. EPS’ extensive experience with logistical and business operations services supporting fielded C4ISR systems offers a strong presence to our teaming partners and clients.
