2/09/17 - NSWC IHEODTD AWARDS EPS CORPORATION PANAMA CITY DIVISION $10.9M
On February 9, 2017 EPS Corporation, Tinton Falls, New Jersey, is being awarded a $10,957,883 hybrid cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for technical expertise in the development and testing of underwater weapons and underwater weapons systems, to include the procurement of authentic underwater weapons systems and underwater weapons systems components including land, surf zone, very shallow water, shallow water and deep water mines. This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $48,997,066. Work will be performed through Tinton Falls, New Jersey (95 percent) in our Panama City office; Montenegro (2 percent); Bulgaria (2 percent); and Italy (1 percent), and is expected to be completed by February 2018. Fiscal 2017 working capital fund (Navy) in the amount of $10,000 will be obligated on the first task order at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. 9/08/16 - EPS AWARDED $23M JOINT EXPEDITIONARY COMMAND AND CONTROL (JEXC2) SEAPORT-E TASK ORDER
On September 8th, 2016 EPS Corporation, a leading provider of Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Systems support to DoD organizations, was awarded a task order under their SeaPort-Enhanced Multiple Award Contract to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). Under this task order, EPS’ responsibilities include technical and engineering support of JEXC2 Integration and Installation (I&I) and production of Information Technology (IT) and Communication Equipment. Support for the sustainment of existing and future deployed JEXC2 (and variants) equipment and production and delivery of new systems and Technical Refresh and Insertion equipment. 8/05/2016 - EPS Is Awarded $1.081M UCA Effort for Infrastructure Conduit & Cabling Equipment at Ft Meade, Maryland
EPS will provide Outside Plant requirements to include telecommunication and networking related equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, personnel, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal installation services necessary to Engineer, Furnish, Install, and Test (EFIT) communications infrastructure leading into Ft. Meade, Maryland. This work falls under the U.S. Army Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization program with a period of performance to equal 180 days. 6/24/15 - EPS CORPORATION IS AWARDED $16M SEAPORT-E ISOS TASK ORDER
On 24 June, 2015 EPS Corporation, a leading provider of Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Systems support to DoD organizations, was awarded a task order under their SeaPort-Enhanced Multiple Award Contract to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Science & Technology Department (Code X), in Intelligent Sensing Operational Support (ISOS). “EPS has a longstanding history of supporting its DoD customers with exceptional engineering, logistics, and technical expertise,” said Mr. Allen Armstrong, Vice President and General Manager of the EPS Mission Support Services division. “We look forward to providing Code X with exceptional support personnel and innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the overall ISOS mission.” Click here for the full press release
5/11/15 – EPS OPENS NEW OFFICE IN LEXINGTON PARK, MARYLAND, IN SUPPORT OF OUR NAVAIR CUSTOMERS AT PATUXENT RIVER
