November The EPS accounting system is approved by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA).
October EPS is featured in "Management Today" magazine as a “True Service Company.”
September EPS is awarded one of 21 prime contracts for the GSA CONNECTIONS II program.
September The second EPS M10 Hovercraft is commissioned at the Border Guard Base, Aziziyah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
September EPS is recognized by "NJBIZ" as one of the Top 100 Privately Held Companies in New Jersey. EPS is ranked 72nd.
August EPS announces the expansion of its portfolio of marine vessels with the formation of EPS-Narwhal USA, LLC, a joint venture with Dayfer, S.L. of Spain, which manufactures rigid hull inflatable boats (RHIBs) and does business as Narwhal Inflatable Boats.
August The EPS M10 Hovercraft is featured in "Proceedings" magazine.
March "Marine News" magazine recognizes EPS M10 Hovercraft as "Boat of the Month".
January The first EPS M10 Hovercraft is shipped to the Saudi Border Guard.

2010

December The first EPS M10 Hovercraft, the first American-built advanced composite hovercraft of its size and caliber, is successfully launched at the company’s facilities in Titusville, FL.
September EPS wins major IT training contract supporting the U.S. Army CECOM under the GSA Alliant program.
August EPS is recognized 76th in "NJBIZ" list of Top 100 Privately Held Companies in New Jersey.
June EPS wins a $7M award under the IMOD contract to support the Data Network Infrastructure required to support the relocation of the U.S. Army Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
March EPS selected as a recipient of the “2010 Green Recognition Award” by "Homeland Security Today" magazine for building advanced, composite hovercraft.
January EPS Chairman and CEO, Francesco A. Musorrafiti, recognized by Stanford’s Who’s Who as a “premier professional” for his extraordinary effort in the field of Defense Contracting.

2009

November EPS receives “Superior” rating from the Defense Security Service.

March Engineering and Professional Services Incorporated legally changes its name to EPS Corporation.
March EPS is awarded the GSA Alliance Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) to deliver integrated IT solutions to government agencies.

2008

December EPS celebrates its 25th year in business.
December EPS acquires a fifty-percent ownership in Composite Holdings Inc. (CHI), parent company to Vectorworks Marine LLC in Titusville, Florida.
September EPS acquires the business assets and intellectual property rights to the Slingsby SAH-2200 Hovercraft.
February EPS is awarded $8M contract to provide two EPS M10 Hovercrafts, spares and training to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Board Guard.
February EPS is awarded a $3.1M contract in Ningbo, China to provide modernization of the Ningbo Police Station Operations Center, upgrade of the infrastructure and expansion of their CCTV system.

2007

November EPS wins a contract with S.C. Metrorex S.A. for the installation and implementation of an Oracle-based Integrated Information System for the Bucharest Metro Subway Network.
  EPS is awarded a worldwide license by ABS Hovercraft Ltd. to market, sell, manufacture and support the M10 Hovercraft.
  EPS is awarded subcontract task orders by USfalcon, Inc., under the U.S. Army CECOM S3 program to provide training an fielding services, with ultimate values exceeding $163M.

2006

  EPS is certified as a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
June EPS is listed by Washington Technology magazine as No. 100 of the Top 100 Information Technology Contractors in the USA.
April EPS wins one of ten $4B ten-year contracts for the Army’s Infrastructure Modernization (IMOD) Program, and is the only small business awarded the contract.

2005

  EPS opens new location in Bucharest, Romania.

2004

  EPS opens new location in Rome, Italy.
  EPS wins additional major GSA contract, LOGWORLD, resulting in over 200+ new EPS employees on two major task orders, and MOBIS, a 20-year contract for management services.

2003

December EPS wins a contract award to support the U.S. Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics to provide technology demonstrations of enhancements and modernizations of the C130 aircraft.
April EPS is awarded a major subcontract by EDS for the Pentagon Renovation Program (PenRen) Command Communications Survivability Program (CCSP).
January EPS is awarded all three major service categories under the General Services Administration (GSA) CONNECTIONS Program to provide telecommunications equipment, support services and solutions to federal agencies nationwide.

2002

October EPS acquires Eastern Data Systems, Inc. and enhances inside and outside plant communications infrastructure capabilities.
June EPS acquires the intellectual/property rights and all other assets of Vikonics Inc., a security system manufacturing organization.
May EPS is awarded the EDS Small Business Award for 2001 for its outstanding support provided in the NMCI program.
April The United Nations approves EPS as a vendor.

2001

November EPS adopts a new brand identity and expands to locations in Huntsville, AL; Columbia, MD; Eatontown, NJ; Lawton, OK; and Beijing, China.

2000

December EPS is awarded a multi-year OPMAS-E DRAGON Commercialization Communications System subcontract to provide full operations and maintenance support for the peacekeeping forces in Kosovo and Macedonia.
October EPS is awarded the prime contract for the Modernization and Improvement of the AN/PRC-122 Survival Radio. EPS and its team modernized and improved the AN/PRC-112 Survival Radio for the U.S. Army CECOM. In addition, EPS provided radios, integrated logistics support and spare parts under this 10-year program with total value of $25M.
February EPS is awarded a subcontract to support Electronic Data Systems’ (EDS) rollout of the Navy Marine Corps Internet (NMCI) contract. This subcontract has a total value exceeding $375 million.
February EPS awarded Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) Omnibus Contract.

1997

December EPS wins GSA Wire and Cable Services (WACS) contract to provide telecommunications products and services.

1991

EPS begins working with the development of composite hovercraft.

1989

  EPS moves corporate headquarters 78 Apple Street, Tinton Falls, NJ.
  EPS wins large contract to support the U.S. Navy on the Satellite Signal Analyzer (SSA) Program.

1985

EPS moves from its Red Bank location to Shrewsbury, NJ.

1984

EPS wins its second CECOM contract to support the Army Aviation Post Deployment Support Services (PDSS) division.

1983

  EPS wins its first U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) contract supporting the US Army troops in Germany fielding and training the VINSON equipment.
  EPS opens its first European location in Mannheim, Germany.
December The Musorrafiti Family forms Engineering and Professional Services Incorporated (EPS).
