EPS is one of multiple award winners for integrated IT solutions. This IDIQ contract is designed to provide worldwide IT solutions to federal agencies and other authorized users. The Alliant Program defines the three components of IT Solutions as Infrastructure Services, Application Services and Management Services to facilitate the development and maintenance of critical IT infrastructures required to support federal government business operations as well as IT systems and services in support of national security systems. Alliant promotes IT solutions that support federal government operational requirements for standardized technology and application service components and will include new and emerging technologies that will evolve over the life of the contract. Further, Alliant encourages facilitating integration requirements for broad federal IT and E-Gov initiatives, as well as the sharing, consolidation, and “re-use” of business processes and systems across the Federal Government.

Through this IDIQ contract, EPS is providing customers with services in all four solutions specifically designated in the contract: communication and networking; building or campus facility preparation; operations, administration and management; and customer services and technical support. EPS maintains offices around the country as well as offices overseas to support customers in the Continental U.S. and outside the Continental U.S., expanding our capabilities to provide services and solutions through this contract.

EPS holds a multi-year GSA CONNECTIONS contract designed to provide DHS U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) support for the CCEP. EPS is currently working with the USCIS/OCIO by plannng, implementing and supporting the communications infrastructure for DHS/USCIS. This includes Voice Communications Systems (Telecommunications Circuits, PBX, Voice over VoIP, Voicemail, Desktop Phones), Cable plant design according to USCIS standards), Video Teleconference/Surveillance Systems, Infrastructure, Local Area Network, and Wide Area Network. Under Task Orders issued through this contract EPS continues to answer the call providing required technology support in approximately 300 locations within the United States and its Territories.

EPS is deploying highly skilled professionals to provide training support involving prime power generation, night vision devices, LAN/WAN, border detection, aircraft survivability equipment, aircraft mission equipment, information assurance and radio training and systems. Under the FMS program, EPS is performing a wide range of duties including training support; installation, field service / forward training support; logistics support; equipment testing; and software development to foreign partners globally, anywhere in the U.S. Department of Defense's EUCOM, AFRICOM, SOUTHCOM, PACOM, CENTCOM and NORTHCOM areas of responsibility.

GSA Professional Services Schedule

The Professional Services Schedule (PSS) is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, providing direct access to simple or complex fixed-price or labor-hour professional services including advertising and marketing solutions, business consulting services, environmental services, financial and business services, language services, logistics solutions and professional engineering solutions.

EPS Corporation’s services previously offered through Individual Schedule Contracts GS-10F-0193P (LogWorld) and GS-10F-0587P (MOBIS) were transferred to GSA’s Professional Services Schedule.
