THE EPS SEAPORT-E TEAM IS ONE OF THE ORIGINAL PRIME CONTRACTORS FOR THE SEAPORT ENHANCED MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT (MAC).
EPS Team Members are qualified in all seven geographical regions. EPS is considered a Large Business under the SeaPort-e contract which spans over a Period of Performance beginning 5 April 2004 through 4 April 2019
Team Members were selected based on specific criteria: (1) demonstrated performance record; (2) ability to offer experience from not only NSWCs, NUWCs, NAVSEA, and Navy PEOs, but experience from other Navy organizations and Government agencies (3) expertise in the broad range of systems in the various Product Area Directorates; (4) Small, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Woman-Owned, Minority, or HUBZone Businesses who are doing cutting-edge work; and (5) previously established working relationships. The EPS Team has the capabilities to provide NAVSEA and the Warfare Centers the required level of support now and in the future.
THE EPS TEAM IS COMPRISED OF COMPANIES WHO ARE ALL SUPPORTING THE CONCEPTS OUTLINED BY SEA POWER 21 AND THE TWELVE CORE PRODUCT AREA DIRECTORATES.
This contract can be used to provide limited support to other Department of Defense (DoD), non-DoD, or Joint agencies for work that is integrally related to the Department of the Navy (DON) product areas and mission.

- Undersea Warfare (USW) Fleet Material Readiness
- Homeland Security and Force Protection
- Surface Warfare Logistics and Maintenance
THE EPS SeaPort-e contract is valid for all SeaPort-e Zones with the exception of the Northwest
