Navair Security CoOp International Prog Review (SCIPR) 2020

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) with the Program Executive Offices are aligned to the Office of the Secretary of Defense's, National Defense Strategy by reshaping a "new" NAVAIR that dramatically increases material readiness and the speed of delivering new capabilities to the Fleet. NAVAIR is also pursuing the Office of the Secretary of Defense's (OSD) objective of expanding the US Navy's ability to rapidly meet global requirements by aligning support "Closer to the Flight Line".

The purpose of the Security Cooperation International Program Review (SCIPR) forum is to build upon the above objectives, by identifying the processes and lessons experienced, so that the community can leverage the outstanding maintenance and engineering capabilities of our international and industry partners for improved readiness, as well as the introduction of new capabilities.
