Finance Manager

Lisa Palmer, Finance Manager, has been a valuable member of the EPS team since July 2022. She is responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements, cash flow projections and budgeting, cost reduction planning and research and analysis of multistate/international tax filing and issues. She is also responsible for the coordination and preparation of financial data to aid the external auditors with annual tax returns and audit. Ms. Palmer also interfaces with various state and government agencies to ensure compliance of current operations and transitions the financial operations of acquired companies.
