1/13/25 – EPS IS AWARDED MULTIPLE POSITIONS ON GSA OASIS +, A MAJOR CONTRACT SUPPORTING THE ENTIRE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

Tinton Falls, New Jersey - EPS Corporation (EPS) is pleased to announce that is has been awarded multiple positions on the General Services Administration’s (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Multi-Agency Contract (MAC). The GSA OASIS+ is a Government-wide, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) acquisition program for services. The OASIS + program is designed to address federal agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for commercial and non-commercial requirements, all contract types and pricing.

The GSA OASIS+ contract is broken up into five technical areas or “domains.” EPS was awarded a position on the Unrestricted Technical and Engineering domain of GSA OASIS+ and was also awarded Small Business and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) contracts under the Research and Development domain. EPS will compete for task order awards under these domains. The GSA OASIS+ contract is up to a 10-year contract, consisting of a 5-year Base Period and one 5-year option period.

10/11/24 – EPS IS AWARDED POSITION ON MAJOR SUPPLY CONTRACT IN SUPPORT OF THE NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PANAMA CITY DIVISION (NSWC PCD) AND THE U.S. NAVY

EPS Corporation’s Field Services Division in Fayetteville, N.C. has been awarded the United States Army Project Manager Expeditionary Energy and Sustainment Systems (PM E2S2) contract at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.  

Tinton Falls, New Jersey - EPS Corporation (EPS) is pleased to announce that is has been awarded a position on the United States Navy’s Multiple Award Supply Contract (MASC) supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD).

ith this MASC award, EPS is one of only five small businesses that will compete for task orders to provide hardware, materials, and supplies to support the Navy’s compelling and emergent requirements. These items will support a multitude of programs supported by NSWC PCD and its sponsors. The MASC contract carries a $48M ceiling over five years, consisting of a Base Year and four option years.

09/15/24 – EPS IS AWARDED POSITION ON MAJOR US AIR FORCE BASE INFRASTRUCTURE MODERNIZATION CONTRACT VEHICLE

Tinton Falls, New Jersey - EPS Corporation (EPS) is pleased to announce that is has been awarded a position on the United States Air Force Base Infrastructure Modernization (USAF BIM) multi-award contract.

With this BIM award, EPS will compete for task orders to modernize critical US Air Force infrastructure across multiple CONUS and OCONUS bases, ensuring enhanced operational capabilities and readiness. EPS is one of only 28 total awardees, one of only 18 Small Businesses and one of only five Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) to be awarded the BIM contract. EPS was awarded all three Tiers under the BIM contract, allowing it to compete on every task order that is released. The BIM contract supports the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Enterprise IT & Cyber Infrastructure Division and carries an overall ceiling of $12.5 billion over ten years, consisting of one five-year basic period and one five-year option period.
